Beginner’s CrossFit

CrossFit is defined as “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at a High Intensity.” Simply stated, CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The movements we work on help us to be better athletes, workers, parents and more. Workouts are different every day, using safe, effective, efficient movements that are performed at a intensity level adjusted to challenge every individual.

Is CrossFit for me?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current physical fitness state. Our workouts can be safely modified for each individual, with athletes and beginners all performing the same workout. Through every workouts individuals will begin to become healthier, fitter and better versions of themselves.

I have never worked out before. Can I still join?

Of Course! Individuals with no prior CrossFit experience will begin their journey at La PuenteCrossFit can start with the Beginner’s CrossFit membership and jump right into the classes.
