La Puente CrossFit was established in 2014 in Old Town La Puente, First and Main with one common goal in mind: To help transform and Unite the community through promoting healthy lifestyles and fitness. From fitness newbies to seasoned athletes, our program is inclusive and adaptable to every individual’s fitness level.
Since 2014
We have continued to expand and improve our facility. We pride ourselves on providing the best fitness environment for our members and prospective members. We believe in providing a safe, clean and healthy fitness environment. Not only do we have CrossFit Classes but we offer SWEAT, Olympic Weightlifting, Personal Training, Nutrition and Open Gym hours to help accelerate ones fitness journey.
La Puente CrossFit classes typically last between 45-60 minutes. Every class completes the “WOD” aka workout of the day, designed to fire up your entire body through a combination of carefully chosen exercises that incorporates both strength and cardiovascular movements. We believe in providing a strength and conditioning program that will challenge your entire body. You won’t spend hours on an elliptical or do sets of bicep curls. Instead, you’ll be pushed to become faster, stronger, and more agile. You’ll replace fat with muscle and your endurance will reach levels you did not think possible. Not to mention, you’ll have FUN achieving your goals!
Most important of all, the Magic is in our great Community. At La Puente CrossFit, you are surrounded by individuals who encourage and motivate each other everyday as we all work together to reach our goals. Yes it’s true, CrossFit is a bit pricier than your local 24 Hr Fitness, but you’re paying for facilities, programming, coaching, and mostly, the environment.
